All goods ordered from the Auto Aerosol website will be subject to the local import duties and taxes of that country and these charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The times quoted (if any) are given in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery, all dispatches will be made direct from the point of ordering. Auto Aerosol can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Auto Aerosol nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
AEROSOLS
We are unable to send Aerosols to the Highlands and Offshore Islands due to carrier restrictions with Aerosols.
RETURNS
All Auto Aerosol paint products and kits are custom/tailor made to each individual customer’s order due to the unique colour code paint product. Therefore single paint products and paint kits are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations.
Products that do not contain paint can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund . All items must be in their original packaging and unused.
How Does The Returns/Refund Policy Work?
Should you have a paint colour issue please do get in contact with us by emailing auto aerosol email address once you have double checked your vehicles colour code for accuracy. The Auto Aerosol kits come with a 100% colour match guarantee (providing correct colour information has been submitted with the order). If the colour is not correct we will remake the paint so as to check for mixing inaccuracy or we can offer you a full refund.
When Do My Revocation Rights Begin?
The period of revocation/cancellation begins following the receipt of the last item of your order and lasts for a period of 28 days. Details pertaining to your right of revocation are included in our terms and conditions.
How Much Are The Return Costs?
Customers are to return items to us at their own cost.
How Do I Get My Money Back?
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund. This usually takes up to 7 business days to complete. In the case of a refund to a credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete. Auto Aerosol offers the following refund options:
- In the case of credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited.
- In the case of payments via PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
A refund through other means of payment is not possible, unless your credit card has expired. In this case, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to refund the amount into your bank account.
