HOW TO USE OUR TOUCH UP PAINT
Using paint pens
Shake your paint pen for 30 seconds with cap on and the ball rattling and test the colour on the test card. Remove the cap and press the spring-loaded tip of the paint pen a few times until the paint flows. Apply the paint to the damaged area ensuring not to spill over onto existing paintwork and allow 10-30 minutes to dry. Re-coat if required.
Using aerosols
Shake the can thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. Apply multiple thin, even coats rather than a single heavy layer, allowing 5-10 minutes between coats for the best finish. Each coat should be smooth and uniform. If dust settles between coats, gently wipe away with a clean cloth when paint dry before proceeding with the next coat.
Using paint bottles
Each 50ml touch up bottle includes an integrated fine-tip brush for precise application. To use, simply shake the bottle well, then unscrew the cap and use the attached brush to apply the paint directly to the damaged area. Dries in 10–30 minutes. Add extra coats if needed.
Using tins
Use the paint with a spray gun. First adjust the spray gun for a consistent fan pattern and hold perpendicular to the surface – typically 15-30 cm. Use even, sweeping arm motions, overlap each stroke to ensure complete paint coverage. Always start the trigger pull before placing over the surface and release after clearing the area.
